All sales are final. All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Sales Agreement and may result in order/account cancellation. Invoices must be paid in 30 days. After 30 days late charges will be applied.
There are no returns except defective product or shipping mistakes which will be replaced at no cost to you, the customer.
Orders will be processed as ground freight and will ship within 2 business days, unless notified otherwise. Specific delivery requirements (Overnight or 2-Day) by the customer should contact us by phone at -1800-635-9581

Must be purchased in the last 6 months
Must be in new, salable condition

Products with broken shrink-wrapping, CD-ROMs, CDs, and downloaded purchases are
non-refundable.
